Web Full Circle was selected as one of this year’s “Best Places to Work” by the Charlotte Business Journal! We continually strive to make our work place a comfortable, fun and collaborative atmosphere for our team and are honored to be finalists for this award.
Web Full Circle is dedicated to giving our team of internet marketers, website designers, and I.T. specialists the best possible life as a whole. We believe work should not run your private life, but instead complement it. We care about our team members and their happiness, and aim to create a work atmosphere that enables each team member to be themselves. Hard work is rewarded by coming together as a team and celebrating each other.
As a team we coordinate a multitude of team events that let us enjoy each other outside of the work place. These range from trips to the National Whitewater Center, paintball or just enjoying dinner and drinks after hours. We always make sure to celebrate as much as we can whether it’s through holiday parties, team member birthdays, or going head to head in one of our many Xbox NBA Jams tournaments. Our employees enjoy benefits such as gym memberships, team sports leagues, team outings, in office snacks and refreshments, and health and dental coverage.
In addition, Web Full Circle enjoys giving back to the community. We give educational seminars and donate time and services to great organizations like Anuvia, The Arc of Mecklenburg County, International House, Youth Homes, and Lift Up Foundation. As a team we participate in Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure for breast cancer research and this year raised over a $1,000 for the cause with initiatives such as an in-office fundraiser and production of a video promoting the race.
As finalists for this award Web Full Circle will be attending a luncheon on November 4th hosted by the Charlotte Business Journal. We also produced a video to highlight our team members and just why we think we are one of Charlotte’s “Best Places to Work”. Watch the video here:
