The Account Executive will collaborate with the senior management to plan, execute and manage SEO, PPC and Internet Marketing campaigns, as well as Web Development projects for our clients. The right individual will manage client accounts, which require constant communication and relationship nurturing. This is a full-time position, based out of the Charlotte, NC office, and will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, but will also work closely with other Marketing Managers, Project Managers and Marketing Specialists.

Web Full Circle is looking for an Account Executive who is able to help tell our clients’ stories, develop strategy-driven integrated marketing solutions, and has a solid background in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Creative and Analytics. You are able to translate clients’ business objectives into marketing gold! You understand all of the pieces of a great digital marketing strategy and how those pieces interact. You can serve as the link between our in-house talent and the outside client. Web Full Circle is a growing agency with a work hard/play hard mantra. Primary Responsibilities

  • Create campaign strategies and manage their execution to increase website traffic and drive sales leads or Ecommerce revenue for clients
  • Take responsibility for retention of assigned clients
  • Facilitate project team and client meetings to achieve campaign objectives – understand and adhere to our SEO and SEM service models
  • Work with department managers to improve campaign performance and develop strategies for client retention
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Content Writing, Email Marketing, and Social Media
  • Experience utilizing WordPress for updating content on websites
  • Experience with Google Analytics to review data

  • BS in marketing, communications, business or related field

The Social Media Manager is a fulltime position, based out of Charlotte, NC. This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, but will also collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Business Development to develop Social Media and other marketing strategies and executions that will advance the Web Full Circle reputation and grow our clients’ brand. Primary Responsibilities

  • Craft content specific to Web Full Circle and clients’ Social Media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor online conversations, and participating in those conversations to build client product visibility as well as support brand awareness and engagement
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of editorial calendars for each community and communicate launch plans with key stakeholders
  • Provide community owners with demos, feedback sessions, training, and create and maintain a training library, including FAQ’s, training manuals and recorded tutorials
  • Manage projects from briefing, through production to final delivery

  • Embrace and stay updated on industry news, competition and consumer trends

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from and accredited university in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, or a related field

We are currently seeking a Web/Graphic Designer to join a team responsible for designing and developing websites for a large list of unique clients. You’ll be required to balance superior design with outstanding user experience in a rapid paced work environment while wearing many hats. The Web/Graphic designer will be responsible for creating outstanding website interfaces, promotional website or email marketing campaign graphics, infographics or any other additional graphic assets needed for our clients projects. Usability, conversion and web standards must be top priorities, while maintaining our clients brand standards. You should always be up-to-date with current design trends and technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with our web and internet marketing teams to create wireframes, superior-looking web prototypes and additional online marketing materials
  • Take your designs from concept to implementation, working with responsive frameworks including Bootstrap and content management systems including WordPress and Magento
  • Work with developers to ensure your HTML/CSS designs are implemented properly and work for both the company and end users in current web browsers
  • Present your designs to project management teams and explain why your design decisions have been made for a particular client

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional, post-collegiate experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Up-to-date online portfolio showcasing an ability to create all web design assets from wireframes, web user interface mock-ups, email marketing campaigns, infographics and web promotion ads
  • Expert-level skills in Photoshop and related tools
  • Experience and proficiency with UI and responsive design for WordPress and Magento. Other web content management systems a plus
  • Ability to take your designs from concept to responsive HTML5/CSS3 implementation for modern browsers utilizing Bootstrap, LESS, SASS and other front-end frameworks

  • Work with project managers, programmers and designers to implement pixel-perfect front-end and user interface requirements.
  • Stay abreast on new front-end web development technologies; integrate them as necessary.
  • Convert web designs into functional, cross browser/platform compatible web pages and supporting CSS.
  • Create supplemental page graphics based on master design.
  • Build and maintain web pages according to page specifications, and effectively integrate new content for website updates.
  • Perform website changes as requested by client.
  • Participate in testing website changes for functional and technical performance.

  • Track time spent on all projects, and accurately report time for billing purposes.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a professional degree towards web design/development.
  • Applied knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and Javascript
  • Experience with PHP for light front-end programming (forms, etc).
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, slicing PSD’s and producing pixel-perfect HTML markup.
  • Experience with cross-browser testing and using alternate stylesheets.
  • Experience with open source JavaScript libraries (JQuery, GMaps, SWFObject, etc.) a plus
  • A willingness to learn new software tools and technologies
